Born into a family of physicians, trained in economics, and building on the web since the age of fourteen. Twenty-five years later, we diagnose digital assets the way a radiologist reads a scan — structure first, symptoms second.
I was born into medicine. My father was Professor of Radiology in South Germany. My mother ran a private practice in the Cologne area. In our household, the human body was not a mystery — it was a system to be read, interpreted, and repaired with precision.
Everyone assumed I would become a doctor. The path was set. The expectation was clear.
At fourteen, I built my first website for a small business. At sixteen, I built the website for the radiology department of a German university — my father's world, translated into the language I had chosen for myself.
It turned out to be a mistake.
A university department site is pure information. Wikipedia-style patient information. Academic reference. Its visitors are students, researchers, and people looking for a phone number. And that is all it is built to be.
I was trying to generate sales — high-paying international private clients — on a platform whose entire structure was designed for a world where the patient is not a customer. I was fighting the intent of the institution itself. It failed. Not because the code was bad, but because I did not yet understand that search runs on intent, and you cannot sell against it.
I have never made that mistake for a client, because I made it first for my father.
“Intent is everything in search. I learned it early, at sixteen, on my own time. Most agencies never learn it at all.”
THE FOUNDATIONAL PRINCIPLE · 1997During my studies in economics (VWL), I worked for a leading medical device manufacturer in Germany. It was there that I introduced the company's first client databases, built their marketing infrastructure, and designed their first SEO strategy.
The company's focus was the offline market. Online was misunderstood and underrated. When the iPhone arrived, they rejected it and stayed with Nokia. That single decision told me everything about how they saw the future.
The work itself was never the problem. The problem was that nobody could follow it. I was explaining every single step to people who could not follow the first. So I stopped waiting for permission, and built my first online startups, where I could live my vision without having to justify it.
“SEO isn't that important.”— Every client, 2001–2010
The opposite is true, and it has never been more true than today. SEO, done with the right intent and real psychological understanding of when people decide to leave or to buy, has never mattered more. We are standing very shortly before AI completely replaces traditional search. Google itself has announced a full shift to AI by the end of the year.
SEO has never been more important than now, because if you slept through the past years, the day will come when you simply disappear from search.
AI does not read websites the way a human does. It reads schema. It reads structured data. It quotes from Quora, Reddit, YouTube, LinkedIn. If your company slept through that, or worse, if you have a marketing team that blindly uses AI to generate content, you are already behind.
That gap still exists. In my experience, European companies remain far less technically aware in search and marketing than their US counterparts. And the gap is widening, not closing.
Real SEO is not “generating the best possible title and meta.” Real SEO is:
We are not the usual “experts” who run a third-party audit tool, never understand the company profile, and never deeply check the real value, and the predictive value, of each page and asset.
When clients struggled to see what I saw, I stopped waiting for them to catch up. In 2001, I launched my first independent digital brand. By 2012, that had expanded into building and operating my first global high-traffic venture — competing directly in a maximum-difficulty, ultra-competitive international market where organic visibility was the primary commercial engine.
Learning in those high-stakes arenas, with my own capital and reputation on the line, forged an entirely different standard of engineering. I learned firsthand what search engines and generative models actually reward when every visitor must convert into measurable revenue.
By 2015, organizations took notice. I began selective advisory and consulting partnerships across demanding sectors: Professional Sports, Tier-1 Media, Industrial Construction, Healthcare, and Private Equity.
That work continuously deepens with emerging technology. In 2024, we undertook the complete digital reengineering of an established Spanish construction company — completely rebuilding their digital architecture from the ground up and integrating a custom AI-supported system to qualify, route, and triage high-value customer inquiries in all languages.
For fifteen years before that, I built and ran my own ventures. I did not advise clients until 2015, because I wanted to earn the right to.
I stopped being a service provider who needed permission.
I became a web entrepreneur who demands the same uncompromising performance from client assets that I require of my own.
Whether we are analyzing an enterprise architecture, restarting a stalled digital presence, or reviving a compromised domain, that exact same dedication and battle-tested rigor goes into every line of code we touch.
A normal visitor sees a design.
I see the code beneath it, the heading architecture, the internal link graph, the schema, the crawlability, the intent behind every word.
I read a page the way a radiologist reads an image — not what it looks like, but what it is. Every misplaced heading, every diluted keyword, every broken structural signal is visible to me within seconds.
This is why clients come to us when other agencies have plateaued.
This is why enterprise engagements succeed where smaller shops fail.
Not because we try harder. Because we see differently.

Most agencies outsource. Most “SEO experts” rely on third-party tools, freelancers, and hope.
We do neither.
Marketing. Textual marketing. SEO. GEO. Code. Every layer of what we deliver is built inside our own team. I have my own developer. I have my own strategists. There is no handoff to a nameless subcontractor. There is no phone call to a “partner agency.” There is one team, one standard, one accountability.
We do not guess. We structure. While we engineer the architecture, code, and strategic framework in-house, the commercial and regulatory accuracy of your content must come from your internal Subject Matter Experts.
In high-stakes YMYL sectors (MedTech, Finance, Law), Google penalizes content that lacks verifiable expert input. We work closely with your marketing and product teams to extract this evidence. However, this requires instantaneous alignment.
If your internal teams cannot provide verified data, regulatory specs, or commercial intent clarity within 48 hours, we cannot proceed. Weeks of silence or "marketing by committee" dilutes the forensic precision we promise. We only partner with organizations where management and marketing are aligned enough to move at the speed of search.
Commercial customer acquisition models aligning organic positioning directly to executive revenue goals.
High-authority editorial language structured to satisfy deep commercial intent and build unquestioned topical authority.
Decades-tested search engineering, crawl optimization, domain equity, and high-trust citation architectures.
Knowledge graph structuring positioning your digital assets as the authoritative cited answer inside LLM engines.
Bespoke, institutional full-stack engineering engineered for sub-second execution, zero bloat, and perfect Core Web Vitals.
Cloudflare configured on the client's own account — WAF, DDoS, bot management, DNS, caching, edge logic. We set it up. You own it.
Most agencies outsource. Most freelancers specialize in one thing. We don't.
Designers, developers, and SEO strategists operate as one unit. No handoff chaos. However, we require a single, authoritative point of contact on your side who can verify technical and commercial facts instantly.
We own the entire stack. If something breaks, we fix it. No vendor finger-pointing between IT infrastructure and digital marketing.
No waiting on third-party handoffs or internal engineering backlog queues. Strategic algorithmic decisions ship to production in days, not months.
Every design choice, every line of code, every word serves a single objective: verifiable, institutional enterprise revenue.
“Our methods are not born in textbooks or PowerPoint slides. They are battle-tested in my own digital ventures — properties competing on the global stage for ultra-competitive keywords and high-end traffic against multi-million dollar corporations. Learning in those high-stakes arenas, with my own capital on the line, forged an entirely different standard of engineering. When I analyze, restart, or revive an enterprise client project, it receives that exact same relentless dedication, architectural precision, and commercial instinct. You do not get agency theory — you get the standards of a founder who has skin in the game.”— Florian Brambs in · Founder & Web Entrepreneur
When a potential client approaches us, we ask one question before looking at budget: does this product deserve a digital masterpiece?
If the answer is no — if the product is mediocre, the vision unclear, or the leadership uncommitted — we decline.
Because when we accept a project, we don't manage it. We obsess over it. We are perfectionists. We are workaholics by nature. We don't stop until the structure is flawless, the code is spotless, and the competitor is obsolete.
That kind of energy cannot be faked, and it cannot be divided across fifty clients.
We decline on core grounds:
Not because the company is bad. Because we take one project at a time, we never serve competitors, and we give 100% of our attention to the one we accept. Everything else would be a lie.
IF WE ACCEPT YOU, YOU GET ALL OF US. IF WE DON'T, WE'LL TELL YOU WHY.
You will not find client logos, published case studies, or traffic screenshots on this website. This is not an oversight. It is the operating standard.
The work we do is often not the kind that can be displayed. We audit real SEO issues. We clean up Google penalties. We deal with demotions from spam updates and algorithm updates. We counter DMCA issues. The market is dirty sometimes, and the companies we help do not want their name attached to the wound, only to the recovery.
And even where a client would allow it, published case studies are usually fiction. A company appreciates the audit but executes it slightly differently through a third party. A six-month engagement ends and an in-house team moves in and changes course. These things happen by the day. What gets cited as a result is rarely the work that actually moved the numbers. No real data.
Beyond that, the principle is simple:
“The work is proprietary. A client's search architecture is their asset. Showing it off to win new business would mean treating the previous client's advantage as your marketing material. You don't do that.”
Florian Brambs
No Instagram reels. No TikTok. No Facebook. No LinkedIn posts about client work. No Google Ads.
We do not publish a single word, image, or short-form video about any client project, ever. Not as a case study, not as a teaser, not as social proof.
We do not run ads. We do not chase rankings for ourselves. We do not market our services through the same channels we build for our clients, because what we build for a client is theirs, not ours.
“If you found us, it is because someone put their own name next to ours. That is the only marketing we have ever needed.”
I am forty-five years old. Married. Two children, four and eight.
We live and work on a finca on the Costa Blanca — in Rafal, near Alicante, surrounded by citrus groves, palm trees, and the Mediterranean light.
This is not an accident. It is deliberate.
The noise of the agency world — open-plan offices, endless status meetings, performative busy-ness — is the enemy of deep work. Diagnosing an enterprise website requires hours of uninterrupted focus. It requires silence. It requires the mental space to see patterns that others miss.
I do my best thinking at sunrise, with coffee, looking out over the terrace before the house wakes up. By the time our clients in Zürich, Madrid, or the MENA region start their day, the diagnostic is already done.
A life well-lived is the foundation of work well-done.
“Silence is not where I hide from work. It is where the work becomes worth doing.”— FLORIAN BRAMBS · FOUNDER · TROODI DIGITAL · RAFAL · ALICANTE · SPAIN

For twenty-five years, I have told clients that SEO is not a channel — it is the foundation. Today, that foundation is being rebuilt.
Search is moving to AI. ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and their successors are becoming the primary interface between consumer and answer. Within the next twelve to eighteen months, a majority of discovery will route through generative engines — not ten blue links.
If your website is not structured for AI crawlers, they cannot read you.
If they cannot read you, they cannot recommend you.
If they cannot recommend you, you do not exist in the search results of the future.
We call this GEO — Generative Engine Optimization. We have been building for it since before the market had a name for it.
This is not a trend. This is the next twenty-five years.
Search engines index static keyword fragments and rank pages via traditional link popularity. Users scan multiple snippets, bounce between SERPs, and navigate messy options manually.
Generative neural engines synthesize verified entity knowledge graphs, offering direct structured recommendations and citing only unambiguous, primary institutional authorities.
Digitalisation is a misunderstood term in corporate SEO. A website is not a business card — it is the structure and the textual coherence through which search engines and AI models understand what a company is.
The wrong schema. No schema at all. Incorrect meta tags on multilingual websites. These are mistakes I still see at far too many companies today. The content can be as brilliant as it wants — if the underlying code instructions are wrong, you will never be found, and you will never rank for competitive, commercially-intent keywords. The same is true of duplicate pages under several URLs, of one page trying to serve three topics, and of a site that takes five seconds to load. Google does not choose between ambiguity and speed. It simply chooses someone else.
I frequently observe companies that understand their buyers' psychology far too little. When a visitor lands on a product, the value proposition must click within seconds: what it does, the exact specifications, how to deploy it, and what it was never designed to do. Below that layer: granular documentation, use cases, and verified proof. A clean thematic silo structure remains the foundational requirement for ranking; this is how search engines and LLMs map topical depth.
Websites must be stripped back. All the AI-generated text about what the company does, where it met, or the latest press release — that belongs on LinkedIn, not on the website. And not all website content should be released for indexing. Clean, non-duplicate, human-written content. Nothing else.
My understanding of SEO is this: perfect technical SEO, on-page SEO at a higher user-experience level.
Because senior expertise doesn't need a pyramid. With twenty-five years in enterprise SEO, we bring Big Four rigor with boutique accountability. The strategist you meet is the strategist who executes.
The next generation of search is answer-first. GEO is the discipline of structuring your brand's data and content so AI models like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity treat you as a primary source. If your brand isn't part of the AI-generated answer, you are invisible to a rapidly growing audience.
Mid-market and enterprise brands, multi-location businesses, and high-growth companies operating in competitive search categories. We also work with select startups where the strategic fit is strong.
Interest. If a project genuinely interests us, we take it — and we dedicate one hundred percent of our attention to it. We decline work that doesn't meet that standard. That is how we protect quality.
We operate under strict institutional confidentiality. We never publish client names, cite proprietary internal metrics, or trade our partners' market advantages for agency publicity. In addition, we maintain strict vertical exclusivity: we never advise direct competitors in the same market sector concurrently.
We take on a limited number of engagements per year. If your project interests us, we'll tell you within one conversation. If it doesn't, we'll tell you that too.
NOTE: SEO success varies by market competitiveness and historical domain health. We do not guarantee specific rankings. Recovery from long-term algorithmic penalties depends on the severity of historical "technical debt" and Google's discretion.
